3Phase Elevator Announces Executive Appointments to Enhance its National Growth Strategy

CANTON, Mass.--()--3Phase Elevator (“3Phase” or the “Company”), a leading independent elevator and escalator services provider, today announced it is expanding its senior executive team with the appointments of Bill Tamul as Executive Vice President and Head of M&A and Lisa Foley as Vice President of Human Resources. The Company also announced the promotions of Leanne Flannery and Mick Carnevale to expanded roles and responsibilities. In addition to her current role as Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Flannery will now serve as Chief Administrative Officer, and Mr. Carnevale will serve as Northeast Regional President. All four executives are seasoned leaders with significant track-records of success that will help bolster the Company’s national expansion strategy and continued growth.

Mr. Tamul joins 3Phase from JMC Capital Partners, where he served as an Operating Partner responsible for the complete lifecycle of private equity investments, from deal generation, diligence and transaction execution to operational oversight and exit. He has more than 20 years of experience executing mergers and acquisitions. At 3Phase he will be responsible for driving the mergers and acquisition strategy of the business, which includes deal generation and transaction execution. He will also support the integration of acquired businesses into 3Phase. Since its inception, 3Phase has completed nine mergers and acquisitions, including six in 2021.

Ms. Foley has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources senior leader, aligning human capital strategies to company goals and objectives. She joins 3Phase from Community Intervention Services, where she served as Senior Director of Human Resources responsible for Total Rewards and employee relations.

Ms. Flannery joined 3Phase as its Chief Financial Officer in 2020 and has managed all aspects of the Company’s accounting and financial management. In her new, additional role as Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. Flannery will also be responsible for overseeing the Company's human resources, information technology, and safety and security functions.

Since joining 3Phase in 2020, Mr. Carnevale has served as a District President. Prior to joining the Company, he served as a New Business Development Manager and District Vice President at Thyssenkrupp Elevator. In his new role as Regional President, Mr. Carnevale will oversee the Company’s Northeast operation and sales.
