During her tenure of more than a decade at Opinion Dynamics, Kessie has contributed meaningfully across a broad palette of critical functions with her exceptional blend of evaluation management capabilities, statistical expertise, knowledge of the evaluation and regulatory landscape, and experience advising clients not only on the design and execution of evaluation activities but also providing strategic guidance on the future of these programs.
