Alexa possesses extensive expertise partnering with firms across industries to unlock their next level of growth and value. Her addition to the team is part of Level5’s accelerated expansion over the past year, which has seen the firm’s revenue almost double.
Alexa brings to the team a unique combination of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial background. She has 25 years' experience as a thought leader in corporate and brand strategy, M&A, organizational performance, change and performance management, enterprise transformation and learning. Alexa also spent over a decade as a successful entrepreneur and business owner.
Alexa has been a Partner with Deloitte and served as the Consulting Advisory Lead for Deloitte Private where she focused on strategy, transformation, and operations across a variety of industries. Additionally, she’s held leadership roles at firms such as Kearney, BottomLine Group and Optimus SBR. In 2007 she founded and launched myPractice, a virtual learning platform supporting global organizations with enhancing their customer experience, which she grew and then sold to BottomLine Group in 2010.

Alexa holds a BA in Economics from McGill University and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University. For over 10 years, she has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship at Western University.
