The Company is a Williamstown, MA headquartered land acquisition, sales and marketing company specializing in large residential parcels.
Harry Patten, who founded and has managed the Company for more than 20 years, will continue as its Executive Chairman and Don Dion will continue to serve as the Chief Executive Officer.
