Ryan Barringer Joins BizCap as Managing Director

Business Capital Expands Leadership Team, Positioning Firm for Growth

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ryan will be responsible for defining and executing on BizCap’s national growth strategy.

Ryan Barringer is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with 20 years of experience in strategic market planning in the commercial finance sector. Most recently, Ryan was a senior director for Western Alliance Bank, where he led client acquisition and retention efforts for several regional divisions and high-growth national business lines. Prior to that he was an executive at Bridge Bank, where he led brand strategy, in addition to customer experience management. Ryan holds a B.S. from San Jose State University and an M.B.A from the S.C. Johnson College of Business at Cornell University, where he also earned a fellowship from the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute.
