Justine’s long-tenured career with BMO Financial Group, leading marketing communications across North America, enabled her to build a strong, diverse network not only within financial services but also sports marketing, as well as the philanthropic, civic and volunteer service communities.
Prior to joining MERGE, she was consulting in her own firm, Corporate Hippie, held the title of Chief Brand Strategist with Pollara Strategic Insights and worked with various diverse industry clients across North America. She is also Co-Founder (Star Jones) of Instant Impact Group, a diversity and marketing consulting firm, and the author of an inspirational children’s book, “The Magic Happy Chair.”
Justine is a very active member of her community and industry. She is a member of the Executive Board of Directors of The Magnificent Mile Association and the Chicago Police Foundation. She is Commissioner of the SSA City of Chicago (Greektown), Chair of Chicago-Toronto Sisters Cities International (World Business Chicago) and past Chair of the City of Chicago Municipal Marketing Advisory Counsel, ADA25, as well as past member of many other prominent boards.
