LianBio Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

SHANGHAI & PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LianBio, a biotechnology company dedicated to bringing innovative medicines to patients in China and other major Asian markets, today announced the launch of its proposed initial public offering of its American depositary shares (“ADSs”). LianBio has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to offer 20,312,500 ADSs to the public. In addition, LianBio intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,046,875 ADSs. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $15.00 and $17.00 per share. LianBio has applied to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “LIAN.”

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies LLC and BofA Securities, Inc. are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the proposed offering. Raymond James is acting as lead manager for the proposed offering.
