WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, following news that former Chancery Court Chancellor Andre Bouchard has taken a role as Partner at white-shoe law firm Paul, Weiss alongside his former legal partner Stephen Lamb, Citizens for a Pro-Business Delaware Campaign Manager Chris Coffey released the following statement:
