Financial terms were not disclosed.
VML’s expertise in small batch formulation and manufacturing will enhance kdc/one’s ability to offer end-to-end integrated solutions to fast growing beauty brands, enabling them to stay ahead of industry trends and efficiently bring products to market. The introduction of a small run specialist to the network will also provide the necessary flexibility to offer personalized product capabilities to brands across the organization’s portfolio.
