Today, 22 September 2021, Tracy Dodd (People Director) sold 2,189 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each (sold at £15.16 per share). The shares were sold to cover a tax liability arising from a deferred annual bonus share award made in June 2018.

In additional, Rachel Sligo Young, the spouse of Torquil Sligo-Young (a Non-executive Director) today sold 6,000 A ordinary shares of 12.5p (sold at £15.16 per share).
