GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB) (the “Company”) announced today that it priced an offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 3.150% Senior Notes due 2061 (the “Notes”). The offering is expected to close on September 15, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
