Colbeck Capital Sponsors Children’s Tumor Foundation’s NF Endurance Team in Upcoming TD Five Boro Bike Tour

The TD Five Boro Bike Tour is set to kick off this Sunday and Colbeck Capital will sponsor the CTF NF Endurance team

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Colbeck Capital will be sponsoring the Children’s Tumor Foundation’s NF Endurance Team in the 2021 TD Five Boro Bike Tour. Originally scheduled to take place in May, the TD Five Boro Bike Tour had to be moved due to COVID-19 restrictions in New York City. The 43rd edition of the event will be moving forward this Sunday, August 22nd, 2021.

The TD Five Boro Bike Tour is an annual fundraising event for Bike New York, a nonprofit focused on providing free bike education opportunities to New Yorkers. The ride will take place over 40 car free miles throughout all of New York City’s five boroughs. The event coordinators have placed necessary COVID-19 precautions to ensure the safety of all riders and participants.

Proceeds of this ride will benefit public classes that provide resources to more than 25,000 adults and children each year, with special attention paid to residents of neighborhoods that are historically overlooked in infrastructure improvements. Interested riders can visit Bike.nyc for more information.

Colbeck Capital and Colbeck Capital’s co-founder Jason Colodne, will be sponsoring NF Endurance, which is a team of riders representing the Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF). The NF Endurance team takes on various challenges from walking, running, cycling, and climbing, to raise money and awareness for the Children’s Tumor Foundation and their mission to raise awareness, expand knowledge, and fund critical research for neurofibromatosis, also known as NF, a rare genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body. Joining the team provides athletes with the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of races and events, in addition to receiving training from experienced coaches on the team. Once athletes meet their fundraising goals, they are also eligible for many prizes provided by CTF sponsors.

Colbeck Capital Founder Jason Colodne will once again be supporting the Children’s Tumor Foundation and their NF Endurance Team this year in this weekend’s Five Boro Bike Tours race.
