Jay’s long-established record of driving international market growth further accelerates Pentera’s hypergrowth on a global scale. Jay brings more than 20 years of experience in security and financial technology services to Pentera, most recently holding the positions of AVP EMEA North, AVP EMEA South and RVP East Coast, at global cybersecurity solutions provider, Imperva. At Imperva, Jay’s ability to drive regional growth and increase efficiency across teams resulted in being named ‘Global Leader of the Year’ in 2020. Additional leadership positions include Planixs and Coverity, among others. Over his career, Jay has played a key role in advancing three different technology startups from growth stage to publicly traded companies.

Jay looks to replicate this success at Pentera through a strategic channel-focused approach tailored to individual markets across EMEA and APAC. He will strengthen existing teams in the UK, Germany and France, while growing the company’s presence in key markets including Poland, the Nordics, Japan, Australia and the Middle East. Jay’s efforts will accelerate Pentera’s impressive traction in EMEA and APAC, where more than 250 organizations have replaced legacy vulnerability management tools with Pentera’s automated security validation solution. The company has grown regional revenue by 200% over the past 12 months and is on pace to double its number of EMEA and APAC customers by the end of 2021.
