Devoted Health Announces Maine Office Expansion, Creating at Least 40 New Jobs in Cumberland County

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Devoted Health, one of the fastest-growing Medicare Advantage (MA) plans in the United States, is continuing to source talent across the greater Portland and Lewiston area to support its rapid expansion, and will be hosting a hiring celebration on July 24 at its New Gloucester office. The Maine team supports Devoted Health members across the country to provide the highest-quality care and member experience possible.

The company will be hosting a Summer Hiring Celebration on Saturday, July 24, from 12 pm to 3 pm taking place on the Pineland Farms campus at 15 Farm View Drive, New Gloucester, Maine. The event will include family-friendly activities, including food and drink trucks, gift bags, a photobooth, a DJ, and tours of the office. The event will also include presentations from current employees about their personal Devoted Health experiences.

Over the last year, Devoted Health’s workforce has continued to grow despite challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of employees in New Gloucester actually doubled in 2020, with the addition of 40 employees. In 2021, the company hopes to add another 40-50 team members in Maine who will provide older Americans across the country with personalized, attentive services. Positions Devoted Health is looking to fill include Member Service Guides, who are the main point of support for Devoted Health members, and Clinical Outreach Specialists, who help Devoted Health members easily navigate the complex healthcare system and get the right care at the right time.
