Ygrene Strengthens Commercial PACE Management Team

Seasoned Real Estate Executive Ryan Moore Appointed VP and Head of Commercial Business

Industry Leading Ygrene Has Completed $200 million in C-PACE Projects Since 2013

PETALUMA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ygrene, one of the nation’s leading property improvement financing providers, today announced it has hired Ryan Moore to lead its Commercial PACE (C-PACE) business. C-PACE provides a competitive financing alternative to cash and credit options that help property owners improve property value, generate positive cash flow and secure their investment. As VP and Head of Commercial, Ryan will be responsible for driving Ygrene’s C-PACE program, which operates in four states, and has grown significantly since inception in 2013, financing over $200 million in projects to date. Mr. Moore will report to Ygrene CEO, Jim Reinhart.

C-PACE projects funded by Ygrene cover a wide array of property types, such as small to medium retail, hospitality, multi-family, large industrial complexes that require multi-million dollar solar and energy efficiency upgrades to non-profit organizations, including schools and religious institutions. Having financed more than 1,400 commercial projects – 55% of all C-PACE transactions funded nationally – Ygrene is the smart capital and long-term solution for property owners to finance new and completed energy and water efficiency, renewable energy and resiliency improvements across the country.

“We are delighted to welcome Ryan to lead our growing Commercial team and product offering. Ryan brings more than 15 years of capital markets and commercial real estate experience to take Ygrene’s commercial business to the next level, increasing economic and environmental impacts nationwide. As we continue to innovate and work closely with property owners and our contractor channel to offer critically important financing solutions to existing and new markets across the country, I have no doubt that Ryan’s leadership will ensure greater success,” said Mr. Reinhart.

Mr. Moore joins Ygrene from WeWork’s real estate advisory and agency leasing operation in North America. Prior to WeWork, Moore spent time in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago advising clients in capital markets transactions at HSBC, CBRE and UBS. He has a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
