BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Validor Capital, a private investment firm, is pleased to announce its portfolio company, The Marwin Company, has acquired Millwork 360, LLC, further diversifying its product offering.

Millwork 360 (the “Company”), based in Tampa, FL, is a manufacturer of building products, including doors and custom mouldings for residential and commercial projects. The Company is proudly associated with Mastergrain Fiberglass Door Systems and exclusively distributes for the state of Florida.

The combination of the two companies creates a more robust product offering and enhances manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
