Meta-e Discovery Ranked Once Again Among Top eDiscovery Litigation Support Providers in 2021 Chambers USA Litigation Support Guide

CEO and co-founder Paul H. McVoy Ranked for the 4th Year

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chambers and Partners has named leading eDiscovery services firm Meta-e Discovery LLC among the top eDiscovery litigation support providers in the United States in its 2021 Chambers Litigation Support Guide.

Ranked once again alongside industry giants such as Ernst & Young and KPMG, Meta-e is one of only 20 eDiscovery litigation support providers recognized and ranked by the prestigious guide. In this year’s edition, Chambers notes that Meta-e is known for offering “innovative and technically sound solutions to firms of all sizes.” According to the rankings organization, “[P]eople appreciate the firm's ability to come in at very early stages and help craft and direct the right eDiscovery approach for the case at hand.”

Meta-e CEO and founder Paul H. McVoy maintains his Nationwide ranking this year and is again one of only nine eDiscovery professionals in the country included on the elite list. The Guide notes that Mr. McVoy is considered “a well-established and respected practitioner in the space.” Clients in particular, Chambers said, praise his ability to bring a plaintiff's perspective to cases and to understand how plaintiff attorneys work.

Mr. McVoy has managed domestic and international eDiscovery projects for both plaintiffs and defendants for almost 20 years. He is an active member of The Sedona Conference® and is editor of the Sedona Glossary, a frequently cited paper that is widely used to define eDiscovery terms. He has directed preservation, collection and review in high-profile merger investigations. He has also been an influential consultant on many high-profile cases, including Target Data Breach, BP Oil Spill and the Flint Water Contamination case.

With offices in New York, Connecticut and Florida, Meta-e Discovery has handled eDiscovery for a variety of litigation matters ranging from the largest class actions and complex litigation to individual commercial disputes. It is widely known for offering scalable eDiscovery technology and litigation support to clients of all sizes, from pre-case planning and budgeting to document review and depositions.
