Preston Hollow Community Capital, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Preston Hollow Community Capital, Inc. (“Preston Hollow”), a provider of specialized impact financing solutions for projects of significant social and economic importance to local communities, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Preston Hollow has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange. The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed.
