Development Ventures Group, Inc. Announces Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dennis Biggs, President of Development Ventures Group, Inc. (DEVEN Group), is pleased to announce that Thom Cunningham has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Thom will be responsible for spearheading the continued growth of DEVEN Group, initially focusing on the strengthening of partner relationships throughout the southeast. He will be based in DEVEN’s Orlando office. “Thom comes to us with a breadth of knowledge in the acquisition and development of real estate in our core markets of multi-family, hospitality, office and mixed-use,” said Biggs. “We are confident that Thom’s leadership will be a valuable contribution as we continue to expand our presence in our target markets.”

Thom began his career in Orlando with CNL, eventually rising to the role of Director of Development for CNL Commercial Real Estate. He later served as the Vice President of Investments for Crescent Communities before joining Dart Interests Florida, where he most recently held the title of Senior Vice President of Development & Investments. 

Thom is a graduate of Texas A&M (BSCE) and the University of Florida (MBA).
