DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oxland Group, a Dallas/Fort Worth-based development firm, today announced 1,200 high-quality, well-segmented residential homesites will be delivered in Phase One at Painted Tree in McKinney, Texas. The 1,100-acre residential community projected to open in 2022 is located north of U.S. Highway 380 near Lake Forest Boulevard.

An initial list of builders includes Trophy Signature Homes, Normandy Homes, CB Jeni Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, and Drees Custom Homes.
