Cotton Holdings, Inc. Acquires Full Circle Restoration and Construction Services, Inc., Expanding the Company’s Capabilities in the Southeast

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cotton Holdings Inc. (“Cotton”), a leading infrastructure support services company in the fast-growing commercial restoration market, has acquired Full Circle Restoration and Construction Services Inc. (“Full Circle”), a leading Atlanta-based provider of disaster mitigation, remediation, restoration, and reconstruction services.

Full Circle will retain its name and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cotton under the continued leadership of Orlando Ojeda, Founder and President, and Dan Duke, CFO and EVP of Operations, who will retain an ownership interest in the business. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

The purchase of Full Circle comes four months after the acquisition of Stellar Commercial Roofing and aligns with Cotton’s strategic growth plan to meet the growing demand for commercial restoration services in North America and globally. Headquartered in Houston with an international logistics center and several regional offices, Cotton provides property restoration and recovery, construction, roofing, consulting, temporary workforce housing, and culinary services to public and private entities worldwide.

“Orlando and Dan have done an outstanding job building a leading disaster recovery business in the Atlanta region,” said Pete Bell, Founder and CEO of Cotton Holdings Inc. “I am confident that their capabilities and commitment to superior service, combined with Cotton’s resources, will lead to exponential growth for Full Circle and all of the Cotton Companies.”

“When we first opened in 1997, our goals were to shore up our service capability in the Atlanta-metro area, continually enhance our service offerings, and expand into other markets,” said Ojeda. “Through our partnership with Cotton, we’ll be able to leverage their resources and our 30-year relationships to expand Full Circle’s operational footprint on a national level. Cotton provides more horsepower in the form of workforce, assets, and services. At the same time, Full Circle brings immediate response, strong capabilities, and established relationships in the competitive Atlanta and Southeast markets.”
