Florida Family Primary Care Centers is a leading at-risk primary care provider, serving over 25,000 Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage members in the Bay Area. The acquisition will expand MBMG’s ability to provide high-quality care to communities throughout Florida. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Tampa, Florida, FFPCC is strategically located with a total of six medical centers and ACCESS sites in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
