UKG Acquires EverythingBenefits, Inc.

LOWELL, Mass. & WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UKG Inc., a leading global provider of HCM, payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions, has acquired EverythingBenefits, Inc., a leading provider of end-to-end benefits technology solutions.

Based in New Jersey, EverythingBenefits helps HCM providers (including UKG), benefits brokers, and payroll service bureaus streamline data connectivity between businesses and insurance and retirement plan providers. UKG Ready and EverythingBenefits are already tightly integrated through an existing technology partnership. This acquisition will create new opportunities to further unify the solutions and harmonize the customer experience.

UKG will continue to sell the EverythingBenefits solution through EverythingBenefits’ existing partner channel model. This will create a second UKG channel offering that complements the UKG Ready Partner Network to help UKG reach even more small and mid-size businesses.

“The momentum behind UKG is tremendous. Organizations around the world have quickly recognized the advantages of our people-centric approach to culture and innovation,” said Aron Ain, chairman and chief executive officer of UKG. “Our relentless focus on caring for our people and our customers over the last year has helped UKG grow by nearly every metric. This acquisition will help ensure continued growth.”

“EverythingBenefits is thrilled to embark on the next chapter of our journey by joining UKG, who will help us build on the incredible successes we’ve achieved since our founding,” said Rachel Lyubovitzky, chairwoman and chief executive officer of EverythingBenefits. “UKG’s renowned expertise and varied customer base will rapidly scale our offering, accelerate the delivery of our product roadmap, and ensure the highest levels of service for years to come.”
