Healthcare Technology Leader Kathryn Stalmack Joins Cloudmed as General Counsel

Ms. Stalmack brings more than two decades of legal experience, with more than 15 years of specialization in healthcare. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ModivCare, a value-based health care company focused on improving patient outcomes. Ms. Stalmack has extensive experience leading organizations in healthcare technology and services, acting as a strategic advisor in matters related to legal, data, privacy and security.
