Upward Health Announces New Chief Clinical Operations Officer Joins Executive Team

PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Upward Health, a leading in-home medical and behavioral primary care provider, announced today it has hired Stacey Jensen, RN, BSN, MBA/HCM as Chief Clinical Operations Officer. Stacey joins Upward Health in this role as a result of rapid organizational growth, and she will have responsibility for operationalizing all clinical solutions across the country.

Prior to joining Upward Health, Stacey served as the Chief Operating Officer for Optum Infusion Services, a $2B company where she provided leadership over pharmacy operations delivering home infusion and specialty pharmacy services. Stacey led the design and deployment of the end-to-end operating model, the ongoing development of clinical care strategies and solutions and performance improvement and oversaw a staff of 3,000. Prior to joining Optum, Stacey worked at Healthways, a provider of health and well-being solutions deployed to optimize individuals to live their healthiest life. Stacey holds a B.S. in Nursing from Washburn University and a M.B.A. with a focus in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix. She also completed an Executive Development Program through the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
