MVB Financial Corp. Declares Second Quarter 2021 Dividend

FAIRMONT, W. Va.--()--MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) (“MVB Financial,” “MVB,” or the “Company”) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share for shareholders of record as of June 1, 2021, payable on June 15, 2021.

This is the second quarterly dividend for 2021 and includes a 20% increase in dividends as compared to the previous quarter dividend of $0.10 per share.
