Forbes Names Socure One of America’s Best Startup Employers Two Years in a Row

Socure recognized as one of the best companies to work for based on growth, innovation, and employee satisfaction

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Socure, the leading provider of digital identity trust and verification solutions, today announced Forbes has named the company as one of America’s Best Startup Employers for 2021, for the second year in a row. The exclusive list showcases companies experiencing hypergrowth while offering an exceptional culture and fantastic working environments for its employees.

“We are ecstatic to be named by Forbes as one of the best places to work for the second year in a row,” said Johnny Ayers, Founder and CEO at Socure. “I am extremely proud of our mission, growth, and employees who all contribute to Socure’s strong and positive company culture -- one that is committed to attracting and retaining top talent.”

Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to identify the up-and-coming companies liked best by their employees in its second-annual ranking of America’s best startup employers. The list was compiled by evaluating 2,500 American businesses with at least 50 employees on three criteria: employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth.

“Our team members have always been and will always be the heart of Socure,” said Rivka Gewirtz Little, Chief of Staff at Socure. “The fact that many of our earliest employees at Socure are still with us today stresses the dedication our employees have to each other, the company, and its mission. As a founder-led company, there is an undeniable level of passion for solving real-world problems ingrained in our culture that is rare to come by.”

Ayers continued, “Last year as we pivoted to a remote workforce due to the pandemic, we immediately had to become creative with employee benefit programs that would help our colleagues transition to working from home as easily as possible, while still feeling appreciated and very much a part of the team, even if we couldn’t all be physically together. Overall, it has brought us closer together and we are looking forward to our next phase on this exciting journey.”
