Copley Equity Partners Announces Investment in Power Solutions Group

TIPP CITY, Ohio & BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Copley Equity Partners LLC (“Copley”), a private investment firm focused on middle market companies with strong growth opportunities, today announced that it has made an investment into Power Solutions Group Ltd. (“Power Solutions”), a leading International Electrical Testing Association (“NETA”) accredited provider of electrical testing, maintenance, and repair services. Owner Barry Willoughby has retained significant ownership and will continue to lead the Company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2006, Power Solutions provides high voltage electrical field services, electrical engineering and automation and control solutions to a broad, blue-chip customer base with particularly deep expertise within the industrial, data center, infrastructure and commercial industries.
