VANCOUVER, British Columbia & DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Copley Equity Partners LLC (“Copley”), a private investment firm focused on partnering with middle market companies with strong growth opportunities, today announced that it has made an investment into Triton Environmental Consultants Ltd. (“Triton”), a leading environmental consulting firm serving major infrastructure projects throughout Canada. Existing shareholders have retained significant ownership and will continue to lead the Company. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1989, Triton provides environmental consulting services to major infrastructure projects and proponents across Canada with a particular focus on fisheries and wildlife services. With offices in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nova Scotia, Triton has leading environmental professionals strategically placed to service projects across Canada.
