GE Current, a Daintree company Opens New Distribution Center in Harrisburg, PA

Expansion to enable faster product delivery in the eastern U.S.

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GE Current, a Daintree company today announced the opening of a new distribution center in Harrisburg, PA. With the addition of this location to its growing distribution network, Current will be able to provide same-day and next-day service to more of its lighting and controls customers.

“Our new Harrisburg distribution center will help Current meet the needs of our customers and partners in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic quickly and efficiently,” said Chief Commercial Officer Chip Taylor. “We’re excited to strengthen ties within the region and better serve our local customers.”

Located at 221 S. 10th Street in Lemoyne, PA, the 150,000-square-foot facility now stocks a robust offering from Current’s portfolio of solutions and will ramp up to full operations in the coming weeks. In addition to rapid shipping, the customer-focused center offers will-call service for electric distributors and contractors.

Harrisburg joins Current’s expanding network of similar stocking facilities throughout the U.S., including an Atlanta distribution center added in 2020.
