CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), a logistics real estate platform focused on the acquisition, development and management of modern logistics properties in key North American markets, is delighted to announce the addition of Tim Zulick and Eric Moser to its growing team in the Northeast.

Based in Md., the two esteemed new additions double LPC’s existing presence in the region only six months after Mark Glagola and Tom Hilley hit the ground running.

Mr. Zulick is responsible for business development in the Northeast Region. He brings 30 years’ experience in industrial real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic region having previously held senior positions at CBRE, First Potomac Realty Trust and Trammell Crow Company. He is an active Board Member and former Chapter President of NAIOP DC | MD.

He also worked at Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company and MCR Services, Inc.
