Waypoint Residential Announces $200+ Million in Property Sales to Fundrise

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Subsidiaries of Waypoint Residential recently sold three Waypoint-developed conventional multifamily communities to Fundrise for more than $200 million. Two of the communities are located in Florida and the third is located in Texas.

Volaris Starkey Ranch, a 384-unit Class A community completed in 2019, is located in Tampa. The Class A Volaris West Kernan community was completed in 2020, totals 301 units, and is located in Jacksonville. Estraya Georgetown, a 270-unit Class A community completed in 2020, is located 30 minutes north of downtown Austin, Texas. Each of these communities provide residents with top-of-market finishes and amenities.
