Westchester Matrimonial Attorney with 16 Years of Legal Expertise to Join Former Appellate Division Justices Spolzino and Cohen

Spielberg has joined the firm as a partner and leader of the Matrimonial and Family Law Practice in Abrams Fensterman’s White Plains office. With more than 13 years of experience in high-net worth matrimonial cases and high conflict custody litigation, Ms. Spielberg is a perfect addition to the firm. Ms. Spielberg joins Abrams Fensterman’s established matrimonial and family law practices led by Samuel J. Ferrara in Lake Success and RoseAnn C. Branda in Brooklyn. In White Plains, Ms. Spielberg will work closely with former Appellate Division Justice Robert A. Spolzino, who presided in the Matrimonial Part of the Supreme Court in Westchester County before being elevated to the Appellate Division, and former Appellate Division Justice Jeffrey A. Cohen, in what will be the strongest matrimonial and family law practice in Westchester County.

Ms. Spielberg has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and was named as one of 40 Under 40 Rising Stars by the Business Council of Westchester. She was also selected as one of the top 10 Family Law Attorneys under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys and the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.
