Outmatch Appoints Wilson Warmack as Chief Operating Officer

Warmack brings over a decade of experience in scaling growth for SaaS technology companies and will support Outmatch’s Hiring Experience Stack expansion

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Outmatch, the hiring experience leader, today announced the appointment of Wilson Warmack as its Chief Operating Officer to accelerate the company’s growth and facilitate wider adoption of the Hiring Experience Stack. Warmack joins Outmatch from Idera, Inc., the developer of global B2B software productivity brands, and brings over a decade of operational experience and financial leadership in modern SaaS technology companies. Warmack will report to Greg Moran, CEO and Co-Founder of Outmatch.

Throughout his career, Warmack has acquired more than a dozen companies and restructured them to deliver growth and world-class profitability. In his former role as General Manager at Idera, Inc., he was responsible for rapidly scaling the growth of its DevOps Tools business to deliver more value to QA Testers and Developers. Prior to that, while serving as Lead Financial Analyst at BMC Software, he was also instrumental in supporting the $6.9 billion take private of the company by Bain Capital.
