Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +81, excelled in breadth of features. Acumatica Cloud ERP, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +82, performed well on BI and performance management. Unit4 ERP, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +82, scored high in customer relationship management.

In general, Enterprise Resource Planning software users were most satisfied with accounting and financial management features, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable- and were most dissatisfied with the lack of analytics and reporting features.
