SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keller Williams, San Francisco/Peninsula Estates announces major business growth in both sales volume and agent counts in the first quarter of 2021. The San Francisco branch reported record growth volume up 75% in listings sold and a 62% increase in closed gross income in Q1 2021 vs. Q1 2020. Although much of this growth was fueled by the existing team, KWSF/PE added 47 new and top producing agents to the team in the last 40 days. Out of 935 Keller Williams offices nationwide, KWSF was #7 in net agent gain, and #13 in Q1.
The recent rise in KW’s agent acquisition success reflects a larger real estate industry trend away from corporatized models toward more local, consumer-based brokers. Additionally, there’s a longing post-covid era toward community and belonging, an experience brought to life by KW’s agent/human-centric business model.
The composition of KWSF’s agents includes some of the market’s top luxury producers like Jennie Lok and Maryann Ernst who recently joined KW headquartered in their Peninsula office. “KW just delivers more value-add that I’m able to pass onto my clients,” says Maryann Ernst, Top Agent at KWSF/Peninsula Estates. “Plus, the energetic culture of abundance, spirit of sharing, and the amazing support team made this decision a no-brainer!”
“This new wave of agents is a testament to our business model and our unique way of supporting the growth of top agents,” says Nicole Aissa, Senior Executive Team Leader. KW has a reputation for culture, training, and technology that enables agents to build teams and operate their own business. The KW Command Platform puts technology and automation in the hands of all its agents, making lead gen and transaction processing seamless. Beyond technology, KWSF/PE has assembled a tremendous Agent “Staff of Service” that includes Blanca Aguirre, Sales Manager, Emma Finlay, Director of Operations, Cy Shih, Director of Marketing, Danielle Kyle, Technology Director, Gabrielle Coyne, Director of Agent Experience, and Jeanne Gallagher, Broker of Record.
