Keller Williams SF/Peninsula Estates Announces Highest Q1 Profit in History

Adding 47 Top Agents in last 40 days

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keller Williams, San Francisco/Peninsula Estates announces major business growth in both sales volume and agent counts in the first quarter of 2021. The San Francisco branch reported record growth volume up 75% in listings sold and a 62% increase in closed gross income in Q1 2021 vs. Q1 2020. Although much of this growth was fueled by the existing team, KWSF/PE added 47 new and top producing agents to the team in the last 40 days. Out of 935 Keller Williams offices nationwide, KWSF was #7 in net agent gain, and #13 in Q1.

The recent rise in KW’s agent acquisition success reflects a larger real estate industry trend away from corporatized models toward more local, consumer-based brokers. Additionally, there’s a longing post-covid era toward community and belonging, an experience brought to life by KW’s agent/human-centric business model.
