ZWILLING Selects Kibo Order Management to Automate Inventory Processes at Global Scale

Storied kitchenware brand selects Kibo for modern architecture, speed to market, and focus on customer service

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kibo, the leader in unified commerce, today announced ZWILLING J. A. Henckels AG has selected Kibo Order Management to automate inventory sourcing logic and fulfillment capabilities. ZWILLING, based in Germany, founded in 1731, is one of the largest and oldest manufacturers of kitchenware. ZWILLING selected Kibo for its flexible, open architecture, speed to market, and recognized focus on customer service and support. The company plans to use Kibo Order Management to replace long-used manual processes across their globally-positioned distribution centers with efficient automated processes.

“We are a global company with retail stores that we’ve owned for over 200 years, and therefore value Kibo’s focus on the customer. We have been very impressed with their insight and support of our customer-centric ecosystem approach from the beginning and are excited to partner with them as we implement order management across our business,” said Kolja Ferda, Global Head of Digital Infrastructure and Technology at ZWILLING. “Kibo’s Order Management provides the right fit for our business. With its modern architecture and fast implementation time, we expect positive results in our distribution centers around the world as well as in our own retail stores, as we roll out the implementation.”

Ultimately, ZWILLING will power more than 100 online and offline retail stores around the world with Kibo Order Management.

“We’re thrilled to forge a partnership with ZWILLING as they evolve their manual order processes to become centralized and automated,” said Vinesh Vis, CSO at Kibo. “With such a long history as a premium retailer, we understand how important it is for the company to preserve what makes them unique while also innovating and preparing for the future.”
