BENSALEM, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Greenwood Racing Inc., owner and operator of Parx Casino® in Pennsylvania, today announced it has appointed David J. Grissen to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Grissen joined Marriott International, Inc. in 1986 and most recently served as Group President until his retirement in April 2021. For the past 11 years, Grissen led the company's Americas business, overseeing all of the territory’s lodging business, comprising more than 5,500 properties and a vast workforce of 160,000 people. In addition, he was responsible for the Global Operations organization, Ritz Carlton and Edition.
Prior to his latest position, he served as Group President, The Americas; President, Americas; Executive Vice President of the Eastern Region; Senior Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region and Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development.
