MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Valcourt Building Services (Valcourt), a premier provider of exterior building maintenance and repair services to mid- and high-rise buildings, today announced it has merged with the JOBS Group (JOBS), a single-source provider dedicated to protecting and preserving every surface for every building, to create a leading provider of building maintenance services nationwide. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 1986 and headquartered in McLean, VA, Valcourt provides a full range of recurring and essential exterior building maintenance services that require vertical access capabilities, including window cleaning, waterproofing and safety services to Class-A commercial offices, high-rise residential condominiums, hospitality businesses, healthcare facilities and other clients.
