Veteran Wealth Management Executive Ronald E. Thacker Embraces Independence: Thacker Joins Texas RIA Americana Partners as President

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Americana Partners is pleased to announce that Ronald E. Thacker is joining Americana Partners as President, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Jason Fertitta. He will be based in Austin, Texas.

Ronald E. Thacker is a former Managing Director and Regional Director for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. With 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, he led Morgan Stanley’s Central Region management team, where he directed more than 2000 financial advisors across 13 states. Mr. Thacker worked at Morgan Stanley for 30 years in numerous leadership roles before leaving in 2020. Mr. Thacker attended Midwestern University where he earned his B.B.A. degree in Finance.
