Jeff Davis Named President of Healthy Blue in Missouri

COLUMBIA, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Missouri Care, Inc. announced today that Jeff Davis has been named president of the Healthy Blue health plan, a collaboration between Missouri Care, Inc. and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City and a leading managed care provider of health benefits for Missouri’s MO HealthNet (Medicaid) program.

Most recently, Davis was Market Vice President Medicaid Plan Operations for Healthy Blue. For 10 years, Davis worked in Federally Qualified Health Centers at Jordan Valley Community Health Center in Springfield and served as the CEO of Community Health Center of Central Missouri in Jefferson City where he led initiatives focused on quality improvement, financial and operational feasibility, as well as healthcare affordability and access.
