Dataiku Named One of Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers 2021

For the second consecutive year, Dataiku is one of 500 companies recognized by Forbes and Statista for its unique culture and growth, ranking first among tech employers

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dataiku, the world's most advanced Enterprise AI platform, has been recognized on the Forbes list of America’s Best Startup Employers 2021, achieving the number one ranking in the technology category. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.

America’s Best Startup Employers were selected based on an innovative methodology evaluating employer excellence in three ways:

  • Employee Satisfaction: extensive research was conducted on ‘Average Length of Employment’ and 'Online Employer Reviews'.
  • Employer Reputation: company specific information was algorithmically extracted from social media channels such as news sites, micro-blogs, blogs and social networks.
  • Company Growth: comprehensive evaluations of 'Website Traffic', 'Headcount Growth Rates', and 'Industry-Referenced Job Openings'.

To be considered for the ranking, employers need to have a headquarters in the US, and founded between 2011 and 2018. The final list recognizes the top 500 companies based on over 7 million data points; Dataiku ranks first among technology employers on the list, and ninth overall.

“This accolade follows other exciting industry recognition, including a $100 Series D fundraise in 2020,” said Florian Douetteau, co-founder and CEO of Dataiku. “Since Dataiku was founded in 2013, we’ve succeeded in not only creating a best-in-class data science and machine learning platform that democratizes AI within the enterprise, but also in creating a world-class team that builds, supports, and promotes Dataiku and its customers. We’re thrilled to have this effort recognized by Forbes, especially as we continue to hire aggressively in 2021.”

Dataiku supports the AI strategies of more than 400 companies worldwide, allowing organizations across pharmaceuticals, health care, financial services, transportation, the public sector, manufacturing, retail, and more to massively scale their AI efforts. Dataiku employs more than 600 people worldwide between offices in New York, Paris, London, Munich, Sydney, and Singapore, and plans to hire another 300 employees in 2021.
