Kingsdale Advisors Announces Himesh Ghai as Executive Vice President

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kingsdale Advisors is pleased to announce the appointment of Himesh Ghai as Executive Vice President. Himesh is a seasoned business and legal strategist with more than 15 years of experience in M&A transactions and securities matters across multiple industries. He joins Kingsdale Advisors from MDA (MacDonald, Dettwiler & Associates Inc.) where he was responsible for all legal and regulatory matters, and oversaw strategic corporate and commercial transactions. In his new role, Himesh will help position companies for success by designing focused strategies that address complex shareholder, governance, and transaction related matters.
