YCharts Announces the Addition of Three Board Members

YCharts announced today several Board appointments aimed to help accelerate the company’s strategic growth

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--YCharts, a cloud-based investment analytics and communications platform for RIAs, broker-dealers and asset managers announced that James L. Fox, Estee Faranda, and Dave Welling have joined its Board of Directors. These three industry veterans will help shape the long-term growth strategy of YCharts.

James L. Fox is the current Chairman of the Board, Envestnet, Inc. and member of the boards of Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC and Madison CF (UK) Limited. Jim was previously President and CEO of FundQuest, Inc., and President of First Data Investor Services Group. He has over 30 years of senior executive experience including additional leadership roles at The BISYS Group, Inc., GovOne Solutions, and PFPC.

Estee Faranda is the CEO of PFS Investments, Primerica’s Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor. Before joining Primerica, Estee was an executive at Envestnet, responsible for all asset management products on the platform. Prior to Envestnet, Estee worked at Morningstar Investment Management. She currently serves on the board of directors of the American Securities Association (ASA).

Dave Welling is the CEO of Mercer Advisors, a full-service wealth management firm and one of the largest independent RIAs in the U.S. Prior to Mercer, Dave was a senior executive with SS&C Advent, Black Diamond, Charles Schwab, and Bain & Company.
