IMCS Group Appoints Aimee Peters Chief Clinical Innovations Officer

New position will oversee strategic clinical initiatives for workers’ compensation-focused behavioral health company

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IMCS Group (IMCS), the leading behavioral telehealth provider in workers’ compensation treatment and recovery, today announced that Aimee Peters will be joining its executive team as Chief Clinical Innovations Officer (CCIO). In the newly created role, Peters will be responsible for all of IMCS’s strategic clinical initiatives.

Prior to joining IMCS, Peters was Chief Clinical Officer at AbleTo, Inc. (AbleTo), a pioneer in providing technology-enabled behavioral healthcare services to many of the US’s largest health insurers across all 50 states. She brings nearly 25 years of clinical expertise, strategic acumen, product and program development, and leadership experience in the behavioral healthcare industry.

In her new role, Peters will develop and manage a clinical roadmap designed to deliver exceptional service and clear results to IMCS’s blue-chip clients. She will collaborate cross-functionally and assume responsibility for all of IMCS’s strategic clinical initiatives.

In addition to her professional experience, Peters holds a Master of Science from Columbia University School of Social Work, a B.A in Social Work from The Catholic University of America, Washington D.C., and a Post Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, New York.
