Acquisition Further Expands Alacrity’s Footprint in Insurance Claims Management Industry

FISHERS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alacrity Solutions Group, LLC (“Alacrity Solutions”), a recognized leader in providing insurance claims management services in North America, today announced the acquisition of Fourseventy Claim Management (“Fourseventy Claims”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2011, Fourseventy Claims established itself as a claims management leader with a keen focus on innovation and technology enablement. With a nationwide network of field and desk adjusters skilled in providing services across the residential and commercial property, casualty and liability markets. Fourseventy Claims also offers a full-service Third-Party Administration Program, providing end-to-end claims handling solutions to many of the leading insurance carriers in North America.
