Purolite Announces Retention of Evercore Group L.L.C. to Explore Strategic Acquisitions in its Healthcare and Life Sciences Segment

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Purolite Corporation today announced that it has engaged Evercore Group L.L.C. to assist the Company in growing its Healthcare and Life Sciences Segment. Purolite is exploring strategic acquisitions to accelerate the growth of its business. This announcement follows Purolite’s recent announcement that it is expanding its manufacturing capabilities to address and fulfill the increasing global demand for its healthcare and life science products.
