Dominguez focuses his practice on counseling public and private companies on federal and state labor and employment law. Most recently, U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers listed Alex as “One to Watch” for 2021.

Dominguez received his law degree cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

“Since joining the firm, Alex has continued to develop his skills and achieved significant victories on a variety of labor and employment matters,” said William J. Tarnow, chair of the Labor & Employment practice group. “His talent and dedication make him a true asset to the firm’s clients. I look forward to continuing to work alongside him as a fellow partner.”

Radichel focuses her practice on assisting clients with their real estate needs. She has extensive experience counseling public and private real estate companies, real estate investment trusts, developers, lenders, property management companies and high net worth individuals. She handles matters throughout the United States, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, construction financings, joint venture formation, corporate structuring, development agreements and leasing. She is an active member of both the firm’s Sustainability Committee and it’s Women’s Network Leadership Team. Beth is committed to pro bono service through her representation of a variety of nonprofit organizations in connection with their transactional legal needs, such as The AIDS Foundation of Chicago.

Radichel received her law degree cum laude from New York University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

“Beth’s legal acumen, in combination with her client service, positions her in a distinctive way to understand our clients’ business objectives and thoughtfully deliver counsel,” said Douglas J.
