LOS ANGELES & STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Varsity Healthcare Partners (“VHP”), a leading healthcare services private equity investment firm, announced today the close of a growth investment and partnership with Peak Dental Services (“Peak” or “the Company”). Based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Peak is a leading dental services organization with 35 locations throughout Colorado supporting a network of over 65 dentists.

VHP is partnering with Peak and its management team – led by Founder and CEO A.J. Peak – to build and consolidate patient-centric general and specialty dental practices in regions with strong population and economic growth. Peak empowers providers with high quality support services and offers the benefits of practice ownership without the administrative burdens. Approximately one-third of Peak’s providers are also owners in the Company.
