G&A Partners Expands Into Tennessee, Southeastern US With Acquisition of XMI

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--G&A Partners announced today that it has acquired XMI, a Nashville-based provider of human resources and accounting services. XMI is the ninth acquisition G&A Partners has completed in the past three years.

G&A Partners, a leading professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) provider, will use this opportunity to expand into the vibrant Tennessee market. The acquisition, which adds to G&A’s current client base of more than 2,200 organizations and over 55,000 worksite employees, will also allow the firm to expand its offerings to include accounting and bookkeeping services.

As part of the acquisition, the majority of XMI’s Nashville leadership team and staff will remain intact, making this a seamless transition for the Nashville team and clients into the G&A Partners family. XMI’s CEO, Chad Parodi, will return to his Atlanta home to pursue other opportunities.
